Red Thursday Again

OK, I decided to post a red picture too - I remembered this picture I took last week of Pook with his red hat - he hates the hat, but he is soo cute in it.....

Red Thursday

Actually, I am canceling Red Thursday, because I want to post these pictures instead. SNOW. Here in sunny S.C. This is what I woke up to this morning, and it is really the first snow I have seen in 2 years, so it was kinda fun. It didn't last long though - by 10:00 am it was mostly melted and it was raining.

The best part is that this very deep snowfall caused nearly every school in 5 counties to be delayed or cancelled, and all government offices are closed today.


















It didn't even stick on the road.

Orange Wednesday

What have we been up this week.....

• I went to the eye doctor today and my eyes were dilated. I am still not seeing very clearly even as I type this and the screen is kinda fuzzy. It is annoying.
  

• Still potty training. We have good days and bad days. Emmy has yet to go #2 in the potty, she saves it for when I put her diaper on at nap time.

• Speaking of nap time, she has not actually slept during nap time in 2 weeks. I keep putting her in the crib hoping that she will nap, but she just sits in there and sings. After a while she starts yelling, "Mommmeeee! Come get me up... me awake now.... Mommeeee....."

• We are still doing Weight Watchers, although the past 2 weeks have been rough. I have lost 7 pounds total, which isn't too bad for a month of dieting. Ray is doing awesome, he has lost 16 pounds.

• And I am still hungry...

Green Tuesday!

I don't have much green in my house.... I found a few random things, 3 of which are some sort of plant...

Stevie has declared that it is another photograph week of color. The schedule is -

So my Monday blue picture is Luke's crib. I am in love with the cars on his bedding and wallpaper.

Red Elmo Friday!

My red photo for Friday is Emmy's friend Elmo, who sleeps in her crib every night. Not exactly an award winning photo, but who doesn't love Elmo? And he is red... :) I had fun with my color pictures this week, thanks Stevie!

Blue-eyed Baby Thursday

Emmy's beautiful blue eyes are the best Blue picture I could think of. This was taken when she was about 10 months old.

Blast from the past - I recently found my old Gameboy and Ray has been playing it again. He is also trying to buy old games off Ebay, since we only have 3. Gameboy is also my Gray Wednesday picture. :)

Missy and Emmy's color week

Ray's sister Stevie posted that this was a Photographic Week of Color, and that we were supposed to post 1 picture each day this week as follows:
Monday - White
Tuesday - Brown
Wednesday - Black/gray
Thursday - Blue
Friday - Red

Normally, I suck at being a photographer. But it doesn't mean that I don't love to try! So, here are Emmy and my version of Color Week. (and I will do 2 today, since I forgot yesterday)
