Emmy's pigtails

So of course that we all now that Emilee is the cutest baby on the planet, but with pigtails... even cuter! My dad said that she kinda looks like the little girl from Monsters Inc, Boo - with the little pigtails that stick out, and the way that she walks around like a zombie - you know, that toddler kind of walk with her arms out to her sides. Either way, she is pretty cute with pigtails... :)
