House shopping again.....

Ray and I have spent many weekend afternoons over the past 8 months just driving around the Columbia area, getting a feel of the different neighborhoods. I have found many, many houses in which I would love to buy, but until that stupid house in Michigan sells..... I can't. Today was no different - I found a great neighborhood with beautiful homes, big and very affordable. I WANT TO BUY ONE. Why won't my house in Michigan sell??? :(
