Channeling her Inner Michael Jackson

Emmy has been wearing 1 pink glove for the last 2 weeks. All the time. When she eats. When she plays. When she draws. When we went to the grocery store. And the playgroup for play group.

I don't get it. She only wants one on. She claims that it keeps her hand warm. Hmmm... well, she may look a little goofy, but if that is what she wants to do....
She is a funny kid.

Emmy Rae, not my lover, she's just a girl who says that "i am the one"

I do not know exactly how to type out "a-hee-hee-oooh" Mr. Jackson's favorite "squeal". Or I would have just typed that with no explanation.

You are cracking me up! And as I was reading your post, my 10-year-old was reading over my shoulder and giggling.

We were just talking about Michael and his glove about a week ago.

She is absolutely adorable--and looks so content with her glove.

I love phases like this that kids go through. AND, it's cool that you are blogging it so you can remember. I thought I would never forget some of the quirky things my kids did, and now I can't remember any of them - except the phase when my daughter would wear only purple underwear.

Dear Missy - Just got caught up on all the new blog posts from being away for a week. I hope you have a small idea of how much your blog brightens my days, makes me feel connected and closer to you, makes me laugh and cry all at the same time, makes me grateful that you are the mother of my grandbabies and the wife of my son. I love you very much!!! THANK YOU!! Wama Tunu
