Anyways, this evening we went to a pumpkin patch with the kids, one of my favorite fall activities. Pooky has been very into pumpkins this year. Every time he sees one, he gets very excited (and this happens several times a day, since pumpkins are everywhere right now!) and starts yelling "Poppy! Poppy! Look Mommy, poppy!" (poppy = pumpkin, for those of you that don't speak Pook-ese). So, the pumpkin patch was incredibly exciting - it was so funny watching him running around, from pumpkin to pumpkin, getting more and more excited, yelling about "poppies" the whole time we were there. And of course, Emmy was fun too, trying to pick out the perfect pumpkin.

Scary - I think Avery and Pooky were separated at birth...
Avery is ALL about the pumpkins (punkies) right now...when we get in the car he thinks we are always on our way to the "punkie patch"
