Go Fly a Kite

A while back, Ray bought Emmy a Dora kite. Today was a beautiful, breezy day and he decided to fly it with her. She loved it! The two of them were laying out in the grass at the end of the driveway, staring at the kite way up in the sky.
Emmy thought that she was pretty cool because Daddy let her hold the string. :)







Not a great shot, but that is Dora up there. About 30 seconds after I took this picture, the kite broke away from the string and flew away. It didn't go too far, and Ray and Emmy walked around the block and found it. I am not sure if it can be fixed or not - it was a cheap, plastic kite. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted...
