Ray took both today and tomorrow off from work to watch the beginning of the NCAA basketball tournament, as he usually does every year. He has been working a LOT lately because of some big projects going on at his work, so it is great to have him home for a few extra days.
We had our usual Thursday morning playgroup this morning, and Emmy asked Ray if he wanted to come. I didn't expect him to go, but he did - and I think that he had a fun time. He spent almost 2 hours chasing all of the kids (not just ours!) around the playground, playing monster, doing high-fives with the kids as they flew down the curvy slide. And the kids LOVED having him there, since I don't think that we have ever had a Daddy present before. All of the other moms commented on how much fun the kids were having with him. It was really, really nice.
Thanks, Raymie, for a fun morning. Enjoy watching your basketball. :)

Daddys rock! :)
Yea for Ray! He's always been great with kids (especailly once he got over the fear of breaking them!).
That's so neat! What a good daddy!
That's so cool!!! What a great dad!
How nice to have Dad around. I am a sure your kids loved it.
So your outside of Columbia, huh? We are closer to Augusta, GA, but we are in SC. About an hour away from you. That storm must of come through our town and swept right up to yours!
What a sweet daddy! He definitely deserves to watch basketball after that!
